The new quality control booklet is now available to order, free of charge with your next order of microcuvettes, lancets & quality controls.

The Quality Control Booklet will enable you to track the daily liquid quality control checks performed on your HemoCue analysers and is in accordance with the standards outlined in the regulatory guidelines.


Each Booklet Contains:

  • 12 month log for your analyser
  • An introduction to internal quality assessments 
  • Levels, target ranges & order codes for the correct quality controls available
  • A brief overview of preventative maintenance and microcuvette handling

Radiometer uses Azure AD to provide our customers and partners secure access to documents, resources, and other services on our customer portal.

If your organization is already using Azure AD you can use the same credentials to access Radiometer's customer portal.

Request access

You will receive an invitation to access our services via e-mail when your request  has been approved.

When you accept the invitation, and your organization is already using AZURE AD, you can use the same credentials to access Radiometer's customer portal. Otherwise, a one-time password will be sent via e-mail to sign in.
